Sex offender Andrew Matthews informed his victim that he possessed a ‘black belt’ in assaulting women.
Following the reprehensible remark, he seized the woman’s genitals with such intensity that she was left injured and in tears.
The woman, whose identity cannot be disclosed for legal reasons, had “anxiety” and “panic attacks”.
Andrew Matthews had also “seized her by the neck with one hand” and spat in her face before to striking her.
The nonce, Andrew Matthews, from O’Leary Street, Warrington, was found guilty of sexual assault and common assault following a trial.
Andrew Matthews possessed 19 prior convictions for 24 offences, including violence against a female individual.
He was incarcerated for 18 months.
