On June 14, a nasty retiree died in Barlinnie Prison after murdering a lady and abusing two girls. Archibald Hunter was initially imprisoned in 1968 for stripping and assaulting housewife Ella Bell before choking her to death at her Dumfries home.
Hunter was sentenced to life in prison for his heinous crime, but he was released in 1979.
In 2018, 50 years after killing Ella Bell, the senior, Archibald Hunter, was sentenced to 27 months in prison by Glasgow Sheriff Court for abusing two young girls over a six-year period.
The Scottish Police Service stated on its website that the 79-year-old child molester and killer, Archibald Hunter, died in the notorious Glasgow prison earlier this month.
