Ashley Coleman sex offender Stanground Peterborough

A jilted boyfriend, Ashley Coleman Stanground Sex Offender, who uploaded private graphic pictures of his ex-partner on the internet has been arrested.

After calling the victim following their year-long romance last month, 28-year- Ashley Coleman of Thistle Drive, Stanground, Peterborough, pursued her.

She dismissed the calls until January 17, when she answered a call from a withheld number and heard Ashley Coleman threaten her and her child.

Ashley Coleman tried to constantly contact the distressed victim after dialling 999. Then she learned he had posted a private video from their time together on social media.

The woman said Ashley Coleman planned to publicly humiliate her and would approach conflicts using lines like “I’m going to teach you a lesson” and “actions have consequences.”

Ashley Coleman was also said to have grown envious of her former boyfriend over their time together, taking her phone and car keys to stop her from leaving her house.

He reportedly pulled the victim’s clothes and shook her during arguments, giving her the impression that “just easier is to do what he says”.

Ashley Coleman would call the victim up to 100 times a day until she gave up and brought him back whenever she tried to leave him.

After the relationship broke, Ashley Coleman reportedly sent the victim’s mother numerous messages including a video showing him driving her car without permission.

Following first denial of the accusations, Ashley Coleman finally admitted to engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, releasing private sexual images and films with the intention of causing disturbance, and theft of a motor vehicle without the owner’s permission. Ashley Coleman was arrested at his house on January 18.

On Wednesday, June 26, Ashley Coleman received a one-year and four-month term at Peterborough Crown Court. He received an indefinite restraining order as well.
