Dwaine Clutton Harrow Rapist has been charged with attempted rape in Harrow. The event happened on Stafford Road, Harrow Weald, right off Boxtree Lane. For over twenty-four hours, residents saw police and forensic presence on the road.
A Met Police spokesman informed us, “Dwaine Clutton, 37 [21.3.87] of Hatch End, Harrow, was charged on Thursday, 15 August with attempted rape and sexual assault.
“He was remanded to appear at Harrow Crown Court on 19 August after appearing Friday, 16 August at Willesden Magistrates Court.
“This follows an investigation by Met’s North West Command officers into an allegation of attempted rape of a woman aged 40s by a man alleged to have taken place at Stafford Road, Harrow, around midday on Wednesday, 14 August.”
