Police are on the lookout for Ian Briggs wanted in connection to an investigation of a sexual offence.
Ian Briggs, also known as Ian McCloud, is wanted by police over a sexual offence and an assault.
Ian Briggs, 37, has links to Blackburn and Darwen.
He is described as 5’9, bald on top with brown hair to the sides, and has blue eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact 101 quoting log 1,299 of July 15, 2023.
