A schoolgirl was repeatedly raped by three PAEDOPHILES, Ivan Turtak – Kevin Horvath – Ernest Gunar, who lured her into a car with a cigarette, a court heard.

The girl was allegedly “passed around like a receptacle” by Ivan Turtak, 38, Kevin Horvath, 25, and Ernest Gunar, 27.

Jurors were told the three men (Ivan Turtak – Kevin Horvath – Ernest Gunar) also plied her with drugs to “facilitate her compliance” after enticing her into a vehicle in an Asda car park.

The girl, who cannot be named, eventually escaped through a car window while left unattended, having been sexually assaulted at several addresses across Kent.

The three men (Ivan Turtak – Kevin Horvath – Ernest Gunar), who are accused of “targeting and exploiting” the girl, deny sexual offences including rape.

Opening the trial at Canterbury Crown Court, Hannah Llewellyn-Waters, prosecuting, said the men’s treatment of the girl was “callous, degrading and exploitative”.

She said the girl encountered Ivan Turtak and Kevin Horvath in the supermarket car park after being “encouraged” to get into the latter’s Skoda with the promise of a cigarette.

She was then said to have been taken to Ivan Turtak’s flat in Dover and then to Ernest Gunar’s caravan in Folkestone where she was given drugs to “facilitate her compliance”, forced into sexual acts and raped.

“She describes how thereafter she was given drugs and passed between them for their sexual gratification,” Ms Llewellyn-Waters said.

“It is the prosecution case that she was vulnerable. She was alone with far older men and she was a target for sexual exploitation.”

She continued: “We say that she was passed around and treated effectively as a receptacle for their own sexual gratification, and the defendants’ conduct was callous, degrading and it was entirely exploitative.”

The court heard the girl was told she would be killed if she tried to run or raise the alarm.

Ivan Turtak has already admitted taking a naked photo of her in the shower.

Kevin Horvath has admitted three charges of rape and one of assault by penetration, while Ernest Gunar has admitted rape.

Ms Llewellyn-Waters said those guilty pleas showed their “sexual interest” in the youngster and that behaviour of that sort occurred “as a matter of fact”.

The girl eventually escaped after being driven back to Ivan Turtak’s address by Kevin Horvath.

After his arrest, Ivan Turtak denied any sexual activity with the youngster, telling police: “I have my own wife and I love her. I don’t do such things to children.”

Kevin Horvath told officers he had sex with her but that she had told him she was 20 years old.

Ivan Turtak denies the rape of a child, while Horvath denies sexual assault of a child.

Ernest Gunar denies assault of a child by penetration, sexual assault of a child and two offences of rape. The four-week trial continues.
