Ivan Turtak and Kevin Horvath and Ernest Gunar Kent Paedophiles

A schoolgirl was repeatedly raped by three PAEDOPHILES, Ivan Turtak and Kevin Horvath and Ernest Gunar, who lured her into a car with a cigarette, a court heard.

The girl was allegedly “passed around like a receptacle” by Ivan Turtak, 38, Kevin Horvath, 25, and Ernest Gunar, 27.

Jurors were told the three men (Ivan Turtak and Kevin Horvath and Ernest Gunar) also plied her with drugs to “facilitate her compliance” after enticing her into a vehicle in an Asda car park.

The girl, who cannot be named, eventually escaped through a car window while left unattended, having been sexually assaulted at several addresses across Kent.

The three men (Ivan Turtak and Kevin Horvath and Ernest Gunar), who are accused of “targeting and exploiting” the girl, deny sexual offences including rape.

Opening the trial at Canterbury Crown Court, Hannah Llewellyn-Waters, prosecuting, said the men’s treatment of the girl was “callous, degrading and exploitative”.

She said the girl encountered Ivan Turtak and Kevin Horvath in the supermarket car park after being “encouraged” to get into the latter’s Skoda with the promise of a cigarette.

She was then said to have been taken to Ivan Turtak’s flat in Dover and then to Ernest Gunar’s caravan in Folkestone where she was given drugs to “facilitate her compliance”, forced into sexual acts and raped.

“She describes how thereafter she was given drugs and passed between them for their sexual gratification,” Ms Llewellyn-Waters said.

“It is the prosecution case that she was vulnerable. She was alone with far older men and she was a target for sexual exploitation.”

She continued: “We say that she was passed around and treated effectively as a receptacle for their own sexual gratification, and the defendants’ conduct was callous, degrading and it was entirely exploitative.”

The court heard the girl was told she would be killed if she tried to run or raise the alarm.

Ivan Turtak has already admitted taking a naked photo of her in the shower.

Kevin Horvath has admitted three charges of rape and one of assault by penetration, while Ernest Gunar has admitted rape.

Ms Llewellyn-Waters said those guilty pleas showed their “sexual interest” in the youngster and that behaviour of that sort occurred “as a matter of fact”.

The girl eventually escaped after being driven back to Ivan Turtak’s address by Kevin Horvath.

After his arrest, Ivan Turtak denied any sexual activity with the youngster, telling police: “I have my own wife and I love her. I don’t do such things to children.”

Kevin Horvath told officers he had sex with her but that she had told him she was 20 years old.

Ivan Turtak denies the rape of a child, while Horvath denies sexual assault of a child.

Ernest Gunar denies assault of a child by penetration, sexual assault of a child and two offences of rape. The four-week trial continues.

UPDATE 20.06.25

Three men have been found guilty of multiple sexual offences, including rape, against a 12-year-old girl over a span of three days.

On 11 August 2024, Kevin Horvath and Ivan Turtak observed her in a supermarket parking lot in Dover and urged her to enter their vehicle. Subsequently, she was administered medications, including crystal meth and amphetamine, and was transferred among the two men and a third defendant, Ernest Gunar, who repeatedly raped her and forced her into sexual acts.

Throughout that period, anytime they ventured into public, she was warned that she would be murdered if she attempted to communicate with anybody or escape. She managed to escape from them after awakening before to them on 13 August and was subsequently located by police in Dover. Her phone was confiscated and subsequently discovered in Horvath’s vehicle.

Gibbering Idiot, Catherine Wear of the Crown Prosecution Service stated: “The three defendants abducted a 12-year-old from the street, exploited her, administered drugs, and utilised her for their own abhorrent gratification.”

None of us can undervalue the effect this has had on her. Upon her initial discovery by law enforcement, she was incapable of articulating her experiences due to overwhelming fear, and the specifics emerged progressively thereafter.

Her bravery in recounting her experience, despite the evident anguish it caused, has led to the prosecution of these three perilous individuals for the heinous and ruthless offences they perpetrated against her.

“We anticipate that these verdicts will provide her with some measure of solace as she embarks on the reconstruction of her life.” [SOLACE???? WTF???]
