A schoolgirl who was drugged and then raped by her employer, Mohammed Fethaullah the Brixton Paedophile, and later reported the shocking sex attack after discovering her attacker was her child’s father in a DNA test.

“Dangerously predatory” Mohammed Fethaullah, 58, managed a grocers in Brixton where the schoolgirl, then 14, worked after school in 1999.

Inner London Crown Court heard how the girl was waiting to collect her wages when Mohammed Fethaullah, of no fixed address, asked her to go and get some cigarettes from the front of the shop.

When she came back she finished a drink she felt unwell, collapsed and drifted in and out of consciousness. She believes she was drugged.

She remembered Mohammed Fethaullah – who four years later was convicted of murdering his stepmother in a separate case – putting her in his car and driving to a secluded place.

The girl, who was 14 at the woke up to find him having sex with her on the back seat of the car. He then drove her home.

A short time later, the victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, discovered she was pregnant but was not sure if Mohammed Fethaullah or her boyfriend was the father.

She decided to raise the child with her boyfriend, but after that relationship broke down she decided to get a DNA test in November 2016 which proved the child was conceived as a result of the rape.

She then decided to report the case to Kent Police who transferred the case to the Met.

Mohammed Fethaullah was jailed in July 2019.
