The ECPU have done it again, this time they caught the 42 year old Partington Paedophile, Peter James Rumney, attempting to meet up with a child for sex.
He was sentenced to do 24 months of unpaid work.
Peter James Rumney was also put on the Sexual Offenders register for 5 years and given a Sexual Harm Protection Order for 5 years.
