Sean Windingland, the Minnesota Transgender Pedophile Child Rapist and Molester, identifying as transgender, was incarcerated in a women’s jail, where he concealed bottles of semen with the intention of impregnating fellow inmates.

A child abuser, Sean Windingland, who asserted a transgender identity was accused of concealing semen in a women’s prison as part of a scheme to impregnate inmates.

Sean Windingland, 35, is currently serving a 24-year prison sentence for the sexual assault of two six-year-old relatives and disseminating the recorded material online.

A paedophile was relocated to the Shakopee women’s jail in Minnesota following a 2023 policy amendment permitting biological men identifying as transgender women to be accommodated there.

Jamie Ali, a prisoner at Shakopee and a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, characterised those months as “the most harrowing I have ever endured.”

Jamie Ali charged the Department of Corrections (DOC) of neglecting to safeguard vulnerable women, claiming that Sean Windingland retained his semen for malevolent purposes.

“He was storing it to, I guess, get IPs (imprisoned persons) pregnant … or to give to them so they could then therefore try to impregnate their self,” she told Alpha News.

“How in the hell would that have been appropriate to put him in all woman’s prison? I mean somebody make it make sense.”

Jamie Ali also regularly encounters inmate Bradley Sirvio, another transgender inmate who now goes by the name Aurora and is serving a life sentence for murder, the outlet reported.

Jamie Ali said that Bradley Sirvio often describes sexual encounters with other female inmates, claiming he said, “I will let you guys [perform sex acts] if I can get a wig.”

She now steers clear of the general population.

“I withdrew from every single one of my classes because there are transgenders in them and it’s very traumatic,” she told the outlet.

DOC spokesperson Aaron Swanum told Alpha News that the allegation of the semen stockpile was “unsubstantiated.”

Aaron Swanum added that Bradley Sirvio has “no discipline related to inappropriate behaviour” while at Shakopee, although further details would require a records request.

The spokesperson also noted there are currently two men who identify as transgender women housed at the facility and emphasized that “the safety and security of all our incarcerated individuals is always our priority.” [UTTER BOLLOCKS!]

Aaron Swanum explained: “During the intake process incarcerated individuals are aware of the reporting process regarding their safety and security, which is to immediately notify staff of legitimate threats to their safety.”

Records show that Sean Windingland is back at the Stillwater facility, away from the all-female prison.

Jamie Ali said her “biggest fear” is how easy it seems for inmates who self-identify as transgender to land in the women’s facility.

“How do I not know that one of these men that claims to identify as a female don’t just say [that] to get here and then I become raped?”
