Alan Badley Birkenhead sex offender

Convicted Birkenhead rapist Alan Badley asserted that he violated the regulations of the Sex Offenders Register due to being “running scared”.

The aggressive assailant previously assaulted a woman in her residence and menaced her with the prospect of disseminating a video of the incident to individuals in his neighbourhood.

The 20-year-old, Alan Badley, assaulted the victim with headbutts and repeated punches during a brutal three-hour incident in April 2008.

Alan Badley, a resident of Woodchurch in Birkenhead, was convicted of rape following a trial and sentenced to seven years in prison in December 2008.

Alan Badley neglected to inform the police of his address after vacating a residence on Rice Lane, Wallasey earlier this year, citing an affair with a married woman residing in the same building whose partner had issued threats against him.

Alan Badley acknowledged his noncompliance with notification requirements and confessed to two counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of driving without insurance, fraudulently modifying a vehicle registration mark, operating a vehicle while exceeding the alcohol limit, and violating bail conditions.

He was incarcerated for 20 months.
