The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has apprehended and charged alleged Cumming Pedophile, Andrew Howard Whaley, 61, of Georgia, with one crime of aggravated child molestation, one count of child molestation, and one count of possession of child pornography in Lumpkin County. Andrew Howard Whaley faced charges in Forsyth County, Georgia, including six counts of child pornography production and thirteen counts of eavesdropping/surveillance.

On April 18, 2025, the GBI was solicited to probe a child abuse case against Whaley in Lumpkin County, GA. The investigation revealed that Andrew Howard Whaley, a former youngster Scout Leader, sexually molested a youngster he encountered during his tenure in that role. On May 16, 2025, the GBI and the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office conducted search warrants at Whaley’s cabin and a business in Lumpkin County. Agents uncovered evidence of child pornography while executing the search warrants. Subsequent inquiry resulted in the identification of a concealed camera in a bathroom at Andrew Howard Whaley’s residence in Forsyth County, which Whaley utilised to record minors.

On May 16, 2025, Andrew Howard Whaley was apprehended and detained in the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office, where he remains imprisoned.
