Christopher Brock, the Thakeham Paedophile, a man from West Sussex, has been convicted of sexually assaulting three young children over a 15-year span and has commenced a 13-year jail sentence, following an investigation by safeguarding detectives.

Christopher Brock, 67, currently residing on Coolham Road, Thakeham near Pulborough, received a sentence, which includes an additional year on extended prison licence, at Brighton Crown Court on March 31st, following his conviction for sexually abusing victims aged between 8 and 15.

Christopher Brock will be a registered sex offender for life and has been issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, effective until further court directive, which imposes stringent limitations on his access to children.

Detective Constable Della Squires from the Sussex Police Safeguarding Investigations Unit stated:

“Christopher Brock knew his vicitms and assaulted them over several years for his own sexual gratification.

“They bravely supported our investigation and gave evidence against Christopher Brock in court which helped bring him to justice.

“We will always investigate such reports and ensure that those who make them receive specialist support.”
