David Dutton paedophile child sex offender - Blackpool

The Blackpool Paedophile, David Dutton, with a sexual attraction towards children has been incarcerated for engaging in reprehensible behaviour online, wherein they attempted to organise meetings with individuals they believed to be minors to engage in sexual acts.

David Dutton utilised the internet in Warrington to perpetrate sexual offences against individuals whom he believed to be minors.

These profiles were fake accounts, and the 67-year-old was exposed in a carefully planned operation to identify and apprehend those who commit crimes online.

David Dutton was then accused of three charges of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a minor and three charges of organising the commission of a sexual crime involving a minor.

He was brought before Chester Crown Court on Friday, June 23, where Sarah Badrawy, acting as the prosecution, presented the case details to the court.

The acts, which were committed against three distinct victims, all took place in August of the previous year.

The defendant engaged in sexual communication with one minor and requested a photograph of her.

David Dutton complimented her appearance, wanting to go on a date with her if he were younger. He also confessed that he was developing strong feelings for her.

The defendant complimented another individual, expressing that she was beautiful, and also asked her to provide a photograph of herself.

David Dutton informed the third individual that she was beautiful and received requests for photographs. The perpetrator also engaged in conversations about engaging in sexual intercourse with her.

David Dutton’s sexual conversations, as conceded in all of the trials, were deliberate and aimed at seeking sexual satisfaction.

In each instance, he also lacked a reasonable belief that the individual he was conversing with was 16 years old or older.

David Dutton made an effort to organise a meeting with each of the ‘children’ to engage in sexual activities.

The accused, currently residing on York Avenue in Blackpool, admitted guilt for all six crimes and received a three-year sentence from Judge Simon Berkson.

Additionally, he is obligated to comply with indefinite sex offender registration and notification obligations with the police, as well as adhere to the conditions outlined in a sexual harm prevention order for the next decade.
