Michael Nwachukwu rapist sex offender Catford

A “dangerous and predatory” sex offender, Michael Nwachukwu Catford Rapist, was jailed after raping a woman in an alleyway after attacking her and her friend with a glass bottle.

Having seen one of his two victims a few days before the attack, Michael Nwachukwu, 29, of Canadian Avenue, set plans to meet his two victims at Winslade Way at approximately 10.15 pm on October 15 last year.

The women came upon Michael Nwachukwu, who was behaving oddly in an alleyway.

He suddenly struck the woman he had met earlier over the head with a glass bottle, sending her running off to summon the police.

Michael Nwachukwu raped the second woman in that period after attacking her with the same glass bottle and punching her in the head and face.

Arriving, police detained Michael Nwachukwu right away. The London Ambulance Service drove both ladies to a South London hospital.

Following a five-day trial at Woolwich Crown Court, Nwachukwu was judged guilty of rape and actual bodily harm on August 13.

November 15, 2019, Michael Nwachukwu was condemned to eight years in jail in the same court.
