The Hartford Paedophile, Richard Dickens, has been sentenced to four years in prison after being discovered in possession of roughly 300 obscene photos of minors.
Richard Dickens, 40, who was managed by specialist officers, was apprehended in March of the previous year, and his phone was confiscated.
Officers found 299 indecent photographs on his phone, 127 of which were classified as category A, the most severe category.
