Detectives probing the demise of 37-year-old Joanna Derkacz have indicted a man, Stephen Edward Sexton, on charges of murder and rape.
On Thursday, 28 December 2023, at 11:30 AM, we received a report indicating that Joanna Derkacz’s body had been discovered within a residence on Nevinson Way in Waterlooville.
A comprehensive inquiry has been conducted to ascertain the circumstances behind Joanna Derkacz’s death. Subsequent expert evidence reports following a Home Office post-mortem have resulted in the initiation of these accusations.
Stephen Edward Sexton, 37, of Cherrywood Gardens in Totton, has been indicted for murder and rape.
Stephen Edward Sexton has been ordered to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on Saturday, May 10.
